We are using Openfire Spark chat in our office, total Spark user almost 50. Till now we have no problem to communicating with sending/receiving for text messages or file transferring through Spark 2.8.3 in Windows7/8/10.
Now an Ubuntu (#2) user joined in our office and he is unable to send file to any users but he is able to receive file from any users. Also Ubuntu user able to send and receive text messages without any issue.
If anyone can suggest me how can I resolve this issue that would be great help. Thanks in advance.
