Unable to send messages for under groups

We have upgraded to latest 4.7.1 version of openfire along with latest hazel cast, monitoring and restapi plugins for our custom chat app. We are not able to send messages only some specific chat rooms. Error stack is as below:

What you provide does not contain an indication of any issue. I can’t tell from this what’s going on.

The names of your chat rooms are very peculiar, and very long. Maybe some of them are to long? I don’t know what the maximum length is, but it might be worth looking into.

Oh, there is an issue in that log: it appears that a user that is not joined in a room tries to send a message in that room. That is disallowed. The user should join the room first.
