Actually I have installed Openfire 3.4.1 in a Windows Server 2003 machine and MySQL, I like to upgrade to the new version and take all plugins. some time ago I update to this version, but I lost all the contact in Spark.
What should be the correct procedure to upgrqade the new version with out lost any parameters in the users spark profile?
Please guide.
