Yeah the subject/topic line really says it all? I am kinda stumped as to what is going on. I installed from 3.5.2 to 3.6a and I am getting this.Granted the update went AWOL when I installed 3.6 over the weekend. Not sure what the fixes were for with 3.6 to 3.6a but they worked like a champ…
So any suggestions how I might get rid of this notificiation when I am already on 3.6?
Has anyone else received problems with this.

I’m also having a problem with this. I have tried searching for mention of this and only found a reply to another post that said it had already been discussed, but I can’t seem to find it.
The solution given in that reply (“turn update notifications off”) is not, imho, a solution as it will prevent you from knowing when 3.6.1 is available.
This is normal because daniel was in a hurry and forgot to change the internal version or whatever.
