Update prototype.js library

May be we should update prototype.js library for admin console to last stable realese ? We are using version is 1.5. alpha and current stable is 1.7.

I found there’s an issue if upgraded to prototype.js 1.7 when using monitoring plugin to rebuild index (Server->->Archiving->Archiving Settings->Rebuild Index), a js bug: “TypeError: element.getInlineOpacity is not a function” will pop up. Back to 1.5 is ok. Haven’t found the root reason yet.
