Updated to ubuntu server 18.04 - Openfire 4.2.3

After update from ubuntu server 16.04 to 18.04 I can’t use phone service anymore. I use the app AstraChat on iphone or android phones and it worked fine. After update it is ringing, but if I hook up I can’t talk anymore. What java version is the newest I can use. I use version 8. Version 11 which was installed after update wasn’t working at all. Chat ist working fine.

Can somebody help?!

Java 8 is the latest you can use. Maybe firewall is blocking some ports? Try disabling it for a test.
