I am looking for a update for 2.6.2 to 3.1.0 without reinstalling the entire package
just adding the patch to the files
Is their any way ?

Hey Shiju,
Making a backup of your conf/wildfire.xml file and installing the new version is the easiest path to update your install. Is there any reason why you want to do it manually?
As a precaution we also recommend backing up the database in case you need to restore the old version.

Sorry was late in replying … yes i have around 100 users live on the system if any issue happens i have to re-configure it again
so u suggest me to take the backup of the files
