Same way as usually. Downloading and installing a deb with a new version.
sudo dpkg -i openfire_4.4.4_all.deb

Thanks for you replay

But my old database has been deleted

Please give more details. It is hard to understand what do you mean. You talk about upgrading, but database is missing, so how can this be an upgrade?

I created the user in my openfire server while upgrading my user are deleted

Add more information on what is your setup and what happened, if you want to get help. And use commas and dots where needed.

So, i guess (i have to guess as there is not enough info here) that you had 4.2.1 installed. Was it a deb install? Was embedded or external database used? How did you run the upgrade to 4.4.4? With a deb with a command i have posted earlier? After you ran such upgrade and went to Admin Console, did it presented you with a setup process (like the first time)? My guess is that you ran new install with a not sufficient permissions and it didn’t upgrade your existing server and maybe started with a blank database instead.
