Upgrade from 3.8.0 to 3.8.1

Hello,

I have just upgraded my server from 3.8.0 to 3.8.1 but when I log in to admin, it still says that the version running is 3.8.0, did someone forget to change the version number or what’s the problem? I was upgrading through .tar.gz version and I’ve done everything according to the upgrade guide. Few weeks ago when I have upgraded to 3.8.0 I was doing it the same way and there were no problems.

I have checked ps ax output and even the commandline for the openfire server says “version 3.8.1” so I have no idea what else can be wrong…

Well never mind, I have restarted it once again and now the version is correct (I haven’t done anything else besides restarting)…

Is there any changelog to version 3.8.1?

When accessing http://www.igniterealtime.org/builds/openfire/docs/latest/changelog.html it ends at 3.8.0

Try to clear your browser cache, I can see 3.8.1 at the link you posted.
