I have a user who can log into spark and IM others in the list. However, they always appear offline to others. If you click on the offline user, you can IM the user who appears offline and they will receive it. I have tried logging the user out and back in. Also, I have tried uninstalling the users spark and installing the latest 2.0.0.1 version. Neither has an effect. I have cleared the server cache for server 3.0.0. We are running LDAP integration but this is a recent change. Has anyone seen this problem before or know how to get the user to show online?
I just got ver 2.0.2.1 and I still have the problem that when a user connects to spark, I cannot see tham as online unless I restart my spark then I can see them as online. (is that the same problem you have?) I was having this same problem in the previous version as well… I did post a message …someone replied that it was addressed in the version I just downloaded and installed today… Im wondering if its a problem in wildfire and not spark…
