I did some rework to make it buildable again, using my version of the Openfire maven plugin.
An adapted fork of this plugin is found on https://github.com/annovanvliet/maven-openfire-plugin
There is interest to put this plugin back into the Ignite Openfire repo, would you like to pull request it to be included?
Sounds ok for me. I will integrate the plugin in the Openfire repo and push the pull request.
