When Sparks clients sits in one network segment and Wildfire server on another with firewall in between with NAT, contact status not updated. E.g client login and logout not reflected in other client.
Chats ok. Login all OK. Any idea where goes wrong? NAT causing the problem?
I simulated using clients and servers in same network segment, all status mechanism ok.
I have the same problem with u. My wildfire server behind firewall (NAT). Each users success login by using spark messenger but them status offline. I thnks the problem was from firewall (NAT).
For temporary i move my wildfire server not behind firewall so everything is running well.
Have u solution for this problem so that i can place my wildfire to behind firewall again…???
