I had the same problem with the latest version of spark… My user’s validate their session against AD of a windows server, so they don’t have to had a profile into my openfire server. how do i solve it?
The only thing i can suggest is wiping the profile of such user
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Spark
your suggestion wuold work, but I can go that way as i had about 200 users. There is another way?,as running a sript or something else?
Well, you can create a script which will delete that folder for all of your users. Via GPO. Though this will affect everyone and delete settings and history for everyone, which is probably not good.
