How do I retrieve all users’’ conversation history? I’'m nt sure where to get it? Do I have to comfigure anaything?

Full archiving is only available on Wildfire Enterprise edition. You can do some basic traffic logging on the Open Source edition by enabling Message Auditing.

http://server:9090/audit-policy.jsp allows you to enable “[x] Audit Message Packets” so you get log file(s) of all messages. As every message is logged it may be hard to trace conversations but as long as you only need a log as a security/audit requirement it is fine.
