We are running 3.5.2 and our users are having an odd issue. About every 24-48 hours, users that are using a certain room are dropped from the server. Their clients then try to reconnect, but as soon as they try to rejoin the room, they are logged out again. The only fix is to restart OpenFire. Any ideas or has anyone else seen this? Known bug that was fixed? We don’t like to upgrade willy nilly and right now is a really busy time of year for us. So, better the devil you know than the one you don’t. But, if this problem has been fixed, it would be worth the upgrade.
If this is not known, what error/debug log would be needed to help diagnose the problem?
