I added default groups in OpenFire, however, the users show up as an email address. I want it to show up as the display name. Any ideas?
What do you call “default groups”? You need to specify a Name for every user, then you may create a group, make it shared and add your users to that group. Then this group will show up on everyone’s roster and it should show Names instead of “email addresses” (actually this is not email addressesm but JIDs).
