Right now, I only know how to create groups by adding individuals. Can you just type the name of a group into the group creation page and have it automatically link to AD group so if new members are added in AD, they’'ll be added in Jabber?
I had the same issue here. What I ended up doing was nominating a group that would contain all Wildfire users (including the Wildfire Admin console users).
I then created another group for the IM user list that I wanted to display in Spark. When you have populated this group with all the members you need to ensure that the IM user list for displaying in spark is itself a member of the group that contains your wildfire users.
