I’m trying to get a solution where I can connect a customer using our website to a call center agent using a CRM application running in a browser. I’ve installed WebChat and FastPath to handle the customer piece and I’m using iJab to handle the call center agent piece. Unfortunately iJab isn’t picking up events from the fastpath server even though the user is logged in, available and assigned to the fastpath workgroup/queue.
I’m seeing this in the iJab debug logs as evidence of some sort of communication coming from fastpath

I’ve assigned my agent to the demo workgroup.
Has anyone attempted this type of implementation?
