Using ldap authentication, however offline message is not functional

Hi, I have set the offline message Per-user offline message storage limit: 1000 KB, however it doesn’'t seem to be working, please help! My wildfire version is 2.4.0

Acutally I installed wildfire on another server without ldap authentication, still offline messages are not store/delivered.

I tried inserting a message in the db offline table, and ran a OfflineMessageManager.getMessageCount()

this is the error I get
