Using with GAIM?

OK, maybe this is stupid ? but I don’'t see any docs on it and I looked.

I added a couple of users (myself and another) and we both show online in the Jive Messenger admin screen, but we can’'t seem to talk to ech other via IM? What do we add to see each other?

We both connect OK via GAIM, then created a jabber Group and then added each others names as we logged in with but they don’'t show up.

Be sure that you’'re using the full address when trying to chat with other users or add them as contact. So, if your server name is example.com, use addresses like jsmith@example.com, etc. A common issue is to only use “jsmith” instead of the full address.
