Vcard Support is not enabled on server - Spark/Avatar

Hi all.

Got Wildfire 3.1.0 running great on Mac OS 10.4.8. Integrated it with AD via LDAP. One thing I noticed in Spark is if you try to add an avatar Spark tells you that vCard support is not enabled. I looked at the using LDAP document to see if there was a mapping I was missing and that doesn’'t appear to be the case.

Is it possible to allow avatars when you integrate with LDAP?

I think that JM-773 is what you are looking for. That feature is not implemented yet but is planned for 3.1.1. (i.e. the next minor release). Feel free to vote for it so it has more votes (and becomes more important) ;).

I don’‘t want any images coming from active directory. I’‘d rather they be stored in the client or on the server directly. Unless I’‘m reading that incorrectly, it won’'t really help.

so it seems that you want to vote for JM-460 which has already 22 votes and was initially scheduled for Wildfire (or was this Jive Messenger) 2.3.2.
