View users in groups without being in a group

From what I can see, the only way to view users in a group, is to be in that group,

is there a way to have access to a group, view and message users in that group?

you can set groups to ALL users, all group memeber’'s, or members of another group.

this option is under Edit Group

This more or less the same than my main problem I have at the moment.

There is a JM-701 issue, we’'ll see.
