Voice chat ended:closed remotely PC TO PC

Hi:

Pass few days,I had installed the Openfire-3.4.1 successfuly .We use spark -2.5.8 as client.

We can use all functions such as text chat?file transport except voice chat.

1,We can use voice chat only one time,when I ended this call and place another voice call,it has flow information:

Session closed due to Unable to negotiate session.This may be caused by firewall configruation problems.

and the other side:voice chat ended:closed remotely

When I logout ,and login again,I could use voice chat for one time agai.

2,We cann’t use voice chat through VPN yet at any time.

Hi Bjorn,

one may want to search or ask in the Spark forum whether this is a know problem. It does not look to be related to Openfire.

You could start Spark with the xmpp debugger enabled to trace the packets if you want to take a closer look at the problem.
