Wacky Feature Request

Here is what I have in mind. Another panel in Spark for administering Wildfire.

This would fit in very nicely with Wildfire Enterprise. It would be great to grant managers the rights to search their employees conversations directly from Spark, and not having to give them access to the Wildfire console (never would anyway) or have an administrator beholden to every “who said what to who” request that comes in.

Helpdesk managers could manage group chats, fastpath queues etc again without having to give them console access or dedicating an IT admin to handle the requests.

In an environment that is truly leveraging all that Wildfire + Spark has to offer, this is almost a necessity.

Just a thought.
