Web admin panel never propagates (CentOS7)

I have installed Java and Openfire. It all seems to work, except I have no web admin panel at blahblah.domain.com:9090 or if I use the IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9090. I do see java listening to tcp6 but not tcp for port 9090. Anyone ever seen this before?

FYI. Plesk is also installed. Just thought I would mention that.
