SparkWeb is a commercial beta plugin for openfire.

You can also create your own in flash using the XIFF library

They also said in the groupchat that they’'re planning to opensource the community group chat thing.

there’'s also the Red5 Openfire Plugin (still in a beta version) which includes JWChat.
