Webchat client doesn''t show users in multiple groups

We have a lot of users in multiple groups on our wildfire server.

The web client only seems to be showing the user in one of the groups in the roster rather than all of them.

For each group, make sure you “Enable contact list group sharing” selected.

That’'s not the problem. These groups show up in other clients (Spark, Gaim), but not in the web client.
