Webchat fail to load could not retrieve image: offline

i have installed the openfire of 3.9.3 and the fastpath plugin, i run the webchat.war on tomcat6, i can visit the localhost:8080/webchat, when i fill up the setting info, the console always show the error:

[RC11]

Can you try installing fastpath service plugin too.
