you can’t use IP addresses as your XMPP domain unless you have configured your Openfire server with the IP address as the domain name

When the plugin has an embedded web service (war file), it is always best to stop Openfire before you deploy to the plugins folder especially on Windows

I had a question: there is a work around to use Jingle Nodes onto machine without Public IP?

Now I hadn’t a Public IP, but I want try this plugin for future work.
