We are trying to use the SparkWeb client with the Openfire server integrated with Clearspace.
Everything seems to be working fine except the list of Clearspace account holders, that is visible to people via the SparkWeb interface, does not seem to be consistent from user to user. E.g. one user can see 21 people another user can see 40.
We want every user to see every other user.
We wonder if the visibility of users is effected by their status (e.g. group membership) within Clearspace?
We want everyone to be able to see everyone at all times.
