What does it take to -USE- Openfire and Fastpath Web Chat?

I believe that the server and client are set up properly, but every time I refresh the Fastpath Web Chat URL, I’m told that the workgroup is OFFLINE.

I click on the link, and a window pops up showing this…

…so my question is - how does an agent (me) log in so that chats can begin???

Please please please help … I chose these tools because of reading great recomendations on the Internet, but so far it has been a nightmare to get it to actually work!

How does an agent log in so that chats are now “Online?”
