I Setup Jive Server last week,We have 1000 users, Windows XP,mysql 4.1.17,Exodus Client. Today I Turn on The Server , Everything wrong. I can not log on Administrator, Client can not log on or register, data in table jiveuser were not changed, what wrong?

To my surprise, why user password not cryptograph?

Did you check the error log? My guess is that the server is having trouble connecting to the database.

To my surprise, why user password not cryptograph?

In order to support digest authentication, the server needs access to the plaintext password.
