What's the problem:When network is invalid, user's presence state is still online

Hi All

I’m using wildfire_2.6.2 (^_^) and got a problem: when my network is invalid(broken), my presence state is still online in admin console.

Does anyone know the reason?

Hi,

this should also occur with Openfire 3.6.3. As you (your client) do not send a status update before you disconnect the server has no idea that the connection got lost.

While Openfire should detect broken client connections I have no idea whether this does affect the status in the admin console.
