When will Sparkweb Flash be ready as a Plugin?

Frankly I just got laid off from my company and I have to turn this project over to some one else within a week b4 I am out the door.

I have been asked to see if there is any concrete timetable for this to be a full plugin for Openfire, such that it can just be deployed as a WAR file?
