When will the HTTP Binding feature be available on Connection Manager?

i’‘ve installed the Dec 01 nightly build and it seems to solve the problem, i’'ve both tested jwchat to jwchat and jwchat to miranda and in every ways the encoding is respected and messages are displayed properly.
