Where can i change the "Administration Console" password?

“admin” is a normal user of you server. Just go into admin console and change it:

Or do you have forgotten your password? You can change it directly in database, table jiveUser.

If you have forgotten your admin password, you may simply adjust server anew

In file …\conf\openfire.xml you should change line <setup>true</setup> on <setup>false</setup>

And execute procedure of the adjusting the server anew - Connect to http:
<your server>:9090 … etc
