Where to found "Archive" option?

Hello, just installed openfire 4.5 on linux, but now I dont see “Archive” option in the console administration as it was on 4.0.2

There is no need to install an extarnal dbase to keep the conversations in archive?

No, but it is advisable as embedded database is not suited for archiving.
