According to this link ( Monitoring Plugin Readme ) I should go to " Server → Archiving → " and then see the log of conversations.
But I’m not finding it.
What can I do to find and display again?
I don’t think that the Monitoring Service plugin is installed on that server. You should see more menus, I think.
If the plugin is installed, try reloading it, and look at the server logs to see if any errors are being registered.
Try looking in the file called openfire.log
