I was unable to take a screenshot because the Spark app automatically blocks screen captures with a black screen,.can you please check and resolve as soon as possible.
This is likely a consequence of the way that the UI is built. I’ve seen occasional questions around this over the years - it certainly is not something new.
That said, I do not see a pressing reason to change this behavior. Although I can imagine it would be helpful for some to have screenshots, I wouldn’t be surprised that others regard this a security feature that shouldn’t be removed.
I’m not particularly leaning towards one way or the other, but I do believe there are more important issues to be addressed. I would give this a very low priority.
