Wildfire 3.2.0/LDAP /FDS 1.x - Every User shows as a group

Environment

Wildfire 3.2.0

Fedora Directory Server 1.x

RHE 4

JDK 1.5.09

When I click on Users/Groups - Group Summary on the Admin Console, it seems that every individual user is in their own group.

When I attempt to add a group through the Admin Console I get the following error

I’'m having the same issue on W2K3/LDAP against AD/Wildfire 3.2. Users are showing as groups.

I’'m just using OpenLDAP and I get the same thing.

What’‘s worse, I had created groups manually and now they’‘re all gone. So I’'m doubly screwed.

Pardon me if I say “what the hell, man?!”

I’‘m also running OpenLDAP. I’'m running Wildfire 3.0.0.beta on my production server and 3.1.1 on my test server. Both servers use the exact same config file. Groups display correctly on the production server, but I have the same issue (every user is a group) on my test server.

I am experiencing the same issue here.

I am using OpenLDAP 2 with wildfire 3.1.1 / 3.2.0 / 3.2.1 (tried Linux and windows server versions)

All versions have the same issue. Very frustrating.

I’'d like to resolve this issue, my system is online and I can retrieve whatever information you guys need to solve this problem, just let me know where to look.

Thanks,

Josh

postscript…

Turns out that my LDAP Filters were never defined because I mis-cased one of the configuration tags in Wildfire.xml.

Works fine now…
