Wildfire Error: 11569 [Jive-ERR]. How to recover the problem?

I use Wildfire 3.0.1 and MySql 5.0. When starting the Wildfire server, it shows error:

ERROR 11569 (): Error reading XML properties

org.dom4j.DocumentException: Error on line 1 of document : Content is not allowed in prolog. Nested exception: Content is not allowed in prolog.

Wildfire config file:"\conf\wildfire.xml":

MySql:

default-character-set=utf8

Please help me to solve the problem. thx!
