Can XIFF be used from AIR apps?

There is no reason why XIFF would not work in AIR apps.

I have basic roster functionality working in an AIR app.

Yes; Daniel has been doing some experimenting with it, and it seems to work fine.

It even just might turn out later that Spark client would be replaced by an AIR application based on XIFF3, thus making one codebase less to work on and most specifically, to fix bugs on.

is this testing anywhere available? I currently try to apply XIFF 3.0.0 Beta1 into AIR 1.0.

Did he use the same versions? Are there any tricks and hints I might need to know to make it happen?
