Windows Server 2012 R2 and Openfire

New to Windows Server OS, trying to set up Openfire as an office chat server on our file/admin server.

I followed the simple install directions but when Openfire runs, I get a bunch of errors. When I try to launch the Admin I get a “can’t go there” message. Pics below

I am pretty new to Server 2012, so a little bit of direction would be appreciated. The “Anywhere access” has not been configured on this server as we still need to set up a static IP from our ISP; but I was hoping to be able to run the chatserver in a localhost mode…

Thoughts? I’m sure I’m missing something pretty simple/stupid… IT is a secondary skill for me…

Nevermind…got it figured out and running now with Spark.

Just had to install outside of the C:Program files

Or run via Run as administrator or install and use a service.
