Xmpp.client.idle -1 - Still Disconnects

I’m running Openfire 3.6.4 on Ubuntu and cannot stop the clients from disconnecting. The error is…

2010.02.27 07:22:00 ConnectionHandler: Closing connection that has been idle: org.jivesoftware.openfire.nio.NIOConnection@8398e7 MINA Session:

…but ‘xmpp.server.session.idle -1’ on the System Properties is already set (and rebooted the service and the server itself after making this change).

Any ideas what else can be done? BTW, I’m using Neos as the client.

Which setting did you set on the console? xmpp.client.idle is what you want, the one mentioned in your message subject.

Daryl: I appreciate the response… Apparently, this is not the fault of Openfire, rather Neos is to blame. Installing Spark and using the same that I was using in Neos has resulted in zero disconnects.
