Yahoo avatar not working with smack

Hi,

does anybody sucessfully able to fetch avatar images for yahoo contacts? I am only able to fetch avatra images for Gtlak,MSN and AIM.

I am using smack + openfire + kraken

Hi, how do you install smack to your openfire server? I tried to copy to plugins folder, but it seems not working. Thanks,
