3.0.2 Authentication problem

I updated Spark from 2.9.4 to 3.0.2
On some computers, after starting the program, it hangs on an authentication attempt.

Reinstalling from spark_3_0_2-with-jre.exe to spark_3_0_2-64bit.exe helped in two cases

I still have a client with Windows 7 and I don’t know if this could be the reason, but nothing helps here - I had to go back to 2.9.4.

I will be grateful for your tips. There is an error related to SSO in the logs, but I don’t use it, so that’s not the point.

How do your users log in? Kerberos or login+password?
