Initial situation: OF 4.6.0. Beta - two users who have each other in the roster with full subscription. Both users get PEP events for each other.
When one user is revoking the presence authorisation, both users DO NOT get PEP events for each other.
When user one is (re)granting authorisation, only the other user receives pep updates
Initial situation can be restored by removing the user from the roster, instead of revoking authorisation.
