A Question Regarding FastPath and Queues

I have five Spark users setup that can accept chat requests from FastPath. When a chat request comes in, which of the following happens:

1.) All of these users get the request simultaneously, and the first person to accept the request gets it.

2.) The request goes to only one person at a time. When the agent timeout occurs, it gets sent to the next person capable of accepting the request.

If someone could explain this to me, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

When a chat request come’s through - The request goes to only one person at a time. When the agent timeout occurs, it gets sent to the next person capable of accepting the request.

User’s can reject or accept the request and you can set a maxium time out time ect…

It’s a great system and the best thing i can suggest is to install the plugin and have a play.
