A single PC in client side doesn’t show list of other users or group. Spark works normally in other PCs. Their user ID works perfectly in other PCs. When someone logs in that specific pc, spark does launch but it doesn’t show any members.
I have closed it out completely and reopened the program, uninstalled and re-installed, but members cannot be seen anywhere. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?
Try to clear folder:
%APPDATA%\Roaming\Spark

Hello, this worked. I didn’t get to try this originally where the issue first occurred. we just ended up formatting that pc.
there was another pc where this occurred where i cleared the spark AppData folder and reinstalled spark. it worked. thank you.
