Accessing Openfire from a remote location

I have Openfire working with Spark on my internal network, but I would like to be able to access it using Spark on a computer that isn’'t connected to the internal network, but instead over the internet.

I have searched on here, but came up empty-handed… any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

you would need to open ports in your firewall for the ports openfire uses, go to the server settings page in the admin console to see what ports are needed. then people on the outside would need either your IP address or a resolvable name for your IP address, all outside of openfire.
